Hi, I’m Arien! Can I sit with you?

Growing up in a dysfunctional family, I know what it’s like to question yourself at every turn, making growth difficult and scary. To feel alone in your struggle and doubt that it could ever change. I didn’t feel like I was enough and this showed up in all aspects of my life.

I spent so much of my life and energy pushing myself to prove that I was lovable but feeling like I failed most times. This inability to accept myself and constantly seeking outside validation led to poor choices and a set of extremely negative, limiting beliefs about myself and what was possible.

After years of doing my own work through therapy, clinical training, doing all the self-help things, leaving toxic relationships, and reconnecting with myself through my own soul care practices, I finally started to shift my perspective.

I’ve been there…

This is why I am so passionate about helping guide and support women to reconstruct their beliefs about themself and develop acceptance from within.

I’ve spent years trying to figure it out. As a holistically trained, trauma-informed, licensed therapist who’s been through some shit, I can tell you that it is possible and you don’t have to do it alone.

Together we’re going to engage in deep soul care practices and redefine what you believe about yourself and how you show up, so you can finally get some inner peace and know that you are enough, just as you are.

Proud to be featured in:

I believe in a holistic approach to healing, caring for all layers of yourself.

I like to describe myself as realistic with a heavy side of woo. As a holistically trained, trauma-sensitive therapist and coach, I believe in bringing mind, body, and soul approaches to healing. All parts of you deserve to be noticed and cared for.

Random insights into who I am:

  • Licensed therapist who's been in the mental health field for 15+ years (don't do the math)

  • I believe music, movement, and community are so important for our healing.

  • Love laughing, tacos, and rap/hip hop music, especially 90's era

  • Lover of many HBO series and documentaries, especially true crime.

  • I don't believe in toxic positivity

  • I don't debate people's humanity, I support it

  • I’m fun, in a boring kind of way.

I’d love to work with you.

When you’re ready to rewrite your self-worth story and nurture your inner strength, I’m here to support you.
